Joint Statement on AS&E Resident Assistant Union Contract

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,
We are pleased to share the news that after several months of discussions, the Resident Assistants (RAs) Union and leadership in Residential Life, as well as Student Life, have successfully completed negotiating our first contract in place for the next three years. The contract provides RAs with free housing and a meal plan, a monetary stipend, and other meaningful measures.
With the contract’s ratification complete, we are looking forward to working productively together in sustaining and strengthening our residential campus community.
